15^th Street House

Updates

Well, we finally did it! We found a house in Boise and have purchased it. It is on 15th street and is a craftsman bungalow that was built in 1940. We love the look and feel and want to retain most of that in any work that we do in the house. We took possession on August 18, 2008, left for the Baja and when we came back we have aggressively began some work getting it ready to move in on October 28,2008. Of course, it was ready to move into, but...we wanted to personalize it. Since there are a lot of "projects" we want to get completed, we have both been working on the house spending time outside while it's light and then moving inside once it gets dark. Well, this year started off slow because of the cooler weather, however…once we got started….1 project turned into 2, 3, 4, and now I’ve lost count but I believe we are up to 10 projects in the works. Of course, some hinge upon others, however, some are going on simultaneously.
